Representation: CIADA meets regularly with DMV representatives from both North and South Carolina to discuss issues that directly impact your dealership.  We monitor both states General Assembly  to advocate for and fight on your behalf against potential legislation that impacts your dealership and the used car industry.  We make sure your voice will be heard in government.

 Education: We are your source for Continuing Education requirements.  We also provide workshops, seminars, compliance updates and a bi-monthly news magazine so that you can stay informed about the industry.

Information: All members are provided the opportunity to receive John Brown's "Staying Connected" emails. These emails cover all issues ie: Federal FTC & Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, State DMV, IRS, NTSB Recalls and much more. Staying Connected is sometimes the only way you will learn about upcoming changes that could affect your business. Our bi-monthly magazine provides you with the latest news, regulation changes and information about the used car industry from a variety of expert and guest columnists.  We hold an annual  State Convention and Expo and encourage you to join us in participating at the NIADA National Convention.
